The training manual included in this project covered the instruction for several roles within the Barlines staff. This instruction manual incorporated general Omni Hotel and Resorts corporate information as well as material specific to the Nashville location and Barlines outlet specifically. This version includes all training materials designed, however, when presented to employees will include pages 1-50 and only the pages between 51-89 that pertain to their specific job posting and description.

 

The manual is designed to accompany hotel-wide training by the HR team, which will cover the overall hotel and corporate policies and procedures included in pages 1-50. The outlet and position-specific training will utilize the information found in the remaining pages of the manual.
