Lights, Camera, Action! Every event, whether an executive dinner, a week-long festival, a multi-location corporate expo, every event has specific details which sets it apart from the rest. Those events need a well-organized, and strategic and innovative thinker to create and maintain those details. That's where I come in! With over 800 events under my belt, I work well under pressure and time constraints. I have managed over 100 employees and 2,000 volunteers simultaneously and am an articulate and driven leader who thrives on collaboration and earns the respect from colleagues and clients alike.
My vast experience and expertise with events, including within the entertainment industry, makes me an asset to any event, especially those working with audio/visual, VIP, audience/client participation, and volunteer elements.

Coordinated artists for concerts and VIP signings, red carpets, arranged experiential marketing campaigns and coordinated over 200 volunteers for companies such as HGTV and GAC. Experiential campaigns included over 6 simultaneous stations, over 100,000 guest giveaway bundles, red carpet and photo opportunities, and VIP lounges.
I have coordinated fundraisers that have raised over 1M dollars through corporate, government, and private donations.
On staff for multiple film festivals including Sundance and the Nashville Film Festival.
Responsibilities included hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing hundreds of volunteers simultaneously, as well as coordinating filmmaker lodge activities, talkbacks, and special VIP events.
As a manager, I was responsible for all things guest-facing, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Concerts, Expo, Tradeshow, & Conventions
Created and managed multiple booth and displays for music and event expos and trade shows. Coordinated key-note speakers and presentations. Hired artists, coordinated with managers and reps for VIP signings, Q and A's etc. Arranged and oversaw lighting and sound design, and audience coordination for concerts.
Coordinated and oversaw volunteers, and responsible for guest experiences for CMA FEST a 4-day festival drawing over 400 musical artists and over 87,000 fans.
Created, marketed, and head of carrying out a national competition involving MTV, CMT, VIACOM, BLACKBIRD ACADEMY, and 12th & PORTER.
