Internal Communications Audit

Graco Management Company is located in Nashville, TN, and owns and operates over 36 McDonald's restaurants in the greater Nashville area. With their portfolio of restaurants and employees growing, they wanted to conduct an internal communications audit to ensure their employees felt heard, all communications pieces were being shared through the proper channels, their current chain of command was streamlined, and overall that their restaurants were running as efficiently and uniform as possible.

Interviews were conducted with the Director of Operations as well as all General Managers. A digital survey was sent out to all managers acting under the General Manager position. Hourly employees were not able to be contacted due to legal limitations regarding payment for any activity having to do with work. 

The final report included a company analysis, all internal and external research, and 6 recommendations as to how to improve their current communication structure.
